Shipping Policy

Some items will be shipped directly from our warehouse, while the rest will be manufactured and shipped directly from our factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

We work with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, as well as local couriers to deliver directly to your door. We are proud to offer a flat-rate shipping rate.

Delivery takes approximately 10 to 20 days. We will process your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours. However, delivery time depends on the shipping companies and government regulations.

Payment will be processed at the time of your order, and all payments must be verified and authorized before shipment, which may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Delivery Process:
We begin processing your order immediately after it is placed, which means we cannot make changes (including address changes) once the order is confirmed. We only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. You will only be charged for the shipped products, along with applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

We ship only on business days, not on Saturdays or holidays.

On average, order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. For some products, it may take longer, especially during weekends (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular products with availability issues. Orders are shipped once product availability is confirmed.

For orders with multiple products, these may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to the location of our manufacturing partners.

Shipping:
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time varies between 10 and 20 business days depending on the country or region. Exact delivery dates are not specified or guaranteed.

Please note: The days mentioned above are only estimates in business days. While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, dkotpslp cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs processes, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., that may cause delays beyond our original estimates.

Duties, taxes, and other charges:
For international shipments, import taxes, duties, and/or customs charges may apply upon arrival in the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. dkotpslp has no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any subsequent import charges.

Customs regulations vary considerably between countries. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
dkotpslp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, you must report it and/or file a claim directly with the shipping company.

Note: We rely on the date and time information from the tracking link and the shipping company's delivery confirmation to review claims for damage or returns. We may not be able to accept a claim if it is not properly reported.

Disclaimer Regarding Incorrect Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct before placing the order. We begin processing the order immediately, so we cannot make changes after it has been confirmed. If your order has already been processed by our shipping department, we will not be able to retrieve it to change the address.
